The way the database works is simple we provide your forecourt with a unique login to our database which contains registration numbers of drive off criminals from you and other forecourts who are registered with us you can then search every vehicle registration plate that attempts to fill up at your station.
If the vehicles registration plate is flagged on our database then your forecourt attendant can then refuse to let them fill up until they pay the outstanding amount to the relevant party.
The information returned gives your attendant the time, forecourt, amount stolen and also make, model and colour of the offending vehicle.
The attendant can enter registration numbers to the database but they can only be removed by you. The database is monitored 24 hours a day by our admin so numbers can be removed within an hour of us receiving confirmation from you of payment made.
